The entire house, outdoor space and driveway is reserved for your exclusive use.

Our home is group friendly and can comfortably host groups of up to 10—recharge in any of our 6 cozy beds with fresh, high-quality bed linens and pillows. With no shortage of space, our four bedrooms are as follows:
Master bedroom - King bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen
Bedroom 3 - Queen
Den/bed 4 - bunk bed. Full on bottom, twin on top.
Front entry room has a pull out couch, Full size mattress.

All bathrooms have been refinished with modern features and contain essential toiletries and plush cotton towels.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has sufficient space to prepare, cook, cater, and host your guests efficiently—the farmhouse-style dining in the heart of the kitchen seats six comfortably. The living room boasts a beautiful wood fireplace, with down-filled genuine leather sofas and armchairs that seat 6-8 comfortably. The laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Pool Heating: The pool can be heated up to 85 degrees. If you decide to take advantage of this extra service, please notify the host3 days in advance. It takes 3 days to heat the pool.
Pool heating fees per day:
October: $105

November: $125
December - February: $150
March-Sept: $100

***Warning***: The pool at our property does not contain a safety barrier and is unsuitable for young children. We recommend that families with children staying at our property ensure that all children under seven avoid entering the outdoor area unaccompanied or are sufficient swimmers.***

Pool service day is every Friday around 8 AM.

Pets: not allowed.

Propane Tanks: For amenities that require propane, we do our best to ensure there is remaining propane for your use. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered the next day. If you need propane the same day, you can replace it at a local grocer and submit the receipt to us for reimbursement.

Early check in and late check outs are allowed if the property is available. Please inquire for the FEE. Strictly based on availability.
