The Living spaces are generous and bright. All rooms are fully integrated with the outside world by way of Nanawall moveable glass wall systems; two 18’ glass walls open the living and dining room for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining and a corner wall system in the family room. The living spaces allow your group to either gather together or to find a quiet spot of solitude. The primary bedroom is equipped with a California King-sized bed, a corner glass wall system leading to the private terrace, a Spark fireplace, and an ensuite bath with zoned heating, shower with full height window creating the feeling of indoor/outdoor showering, freestanding soaking tub, dual sinks and a private water closet with heated seat. The second guest room provides a queen-sized bed, a reading space, a smart television, and utilizes the sizable hall bath with shower over tub. The third sleeping space has so much to offer! This private space is the only room on the upper floor.
