Thelma is one of ten cottages on site and fenced on several acres of wooded land and a seasonal creek.
Thelma has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and mini refrigerator. The living room has a full-sized sleeper sofa. There is a hall closet with extra linens, pillows and room for hanging clothes.

A small dining area, the kitchenette has a microwave and mini fridge with freezer and a set of dishes, glasses and silverware. There is a full-size coffee maker with all the fixings for a great cup of coffee or tea. The bathroom has a full shower and hair dryer. Extra towels are located in the hall closet.
