**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

Great get away
Excellent place and we will stay again and recommend. Pics do need updating online of living room. We had planned for my disabled father to be able to recline in recliner or reclining sofa that were pictured to elevate his feet. However neither are present in house. By no means would it keep us from staying again I will know to bring a stool.

It definitely has that beach cottage feel. We loved having the pool and being right on the beach. The variety restaurants around was great. Walmart and Kroger as well as other stores were close to the house.

Great location
We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was clean and well maintained. Great location, close to many attractions. The dunes provide great privacy for the pool. We will definitely return! The only thing that should be noted is that you have to visit their office before 5:00 to pick up keys or you have a 2 hour window the next day for check-in. We were really pushing it to get down there so we could check-in and make the most of our time. A keyless system would be nice.

Great location. The deck and pool area with beach access is perfect. Nice house. Had plenty of room for everyone. Will be looking at the same place next year. Tons of golf courses in the general area.

Stellar Location
We just had our first family vacation in a single family home (versus high rise condo) in North Myrtle Beach. We visit every year and always stay in an oceanfront high rise. This home in Cherry Grove blew our past experiences out of the water! The location was incredible!! We were literally on the beach and could come and go on a whim. The pool was KEY to making our children happy and was indispensable during the tropical storm we encountered. While we sat inside, dry, the kids were un-phased, swimming in the pool. Bored at beach? Kids came back to the house and swam in the pool. Although the description says it is not heated unless requested, it definitely was heated while we were there. The house had plenty of space and a bathroom for every room. We had an amazing time!

Loved the house and location. Plenty of room for our family. Heated pool was great. Just a short walk to the beach. Couldn’t get TV to work and maintenance was extremely responsive and helpful in getting it fixed. Only downfall was couple of days there was worked schedule but no one communicated that to us. Will definitely stay here again.

Great size
The house was a great size and we lived the location. The house does need to be updated. The house needs to be painted inside and the rugs need to be replaced they are dirty. And the wire going under a rug and taped to the floor needs to be adjusted to another location.

Enjoyable Stay
My family and I enjoyed our stay and everything was spectacular. Very convenient, neat and clean. The only thing we saw that need improvement was the wash room. Everything was just awesome the view of the ocean from the inside of the house was out of this world. I would recommend anyone to book this home, enough bathrooms and bedrooms, the home is very spacious and lovely for Entertainment.

Great Holiday Getaway
The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Although it was below freezing outside the entire time we were there, the house was warm and cozy. The beach was beautiful and there was a lot to do even in winter. We would highly recommend!

The beach house was in a great location, it was quiet and relaxing. The inside bathrooms coukd be updated a bit. There is no view of the beach do to sand dunes. The pool was the highlight of the house.

We had a great week here. Everything you needed was right where we were. The heated pool was perfect since the Carolina weather had the ocean icy some days. The space was perfect for a family/friend get away. Space for everyone to branch out & come together. We will definitely be back.

Paradise!!
Second time staying here and it was just as amazing this year as last! We had two times we called maintenance and they were very quick to respond and make sure we were completely satisfied with their response to our concerns. We definitely plan to stay here again! The house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying family and friends. The rooms are a nice size and the porch is pure heaven. The pool is perfect and the access to the beach is great! Truly cannot say enough about how much we love this house.

Perfect Spring Break visit
Each of the four bedrooms having their own bathroom was great. Thankful to have the bed sheets and bath towels supplied unlike some other tentals. Spacious for the 8 of us. Enjoyed the deck, especially to watch the sun and moon rise. Temps a bit too chilly to have enjoyed the pool but would have loved it in warmer weather. Easy walk over the dunes to the beach except for a few pesky sandspurs. Easily room for four cars. The second refrigerator on the ground level was helpful for drinks and snacks. Would happily stay there again.

My brother & sister-in-law, my husband & I. We needed 2 bedrooms with king size beds on the first floor. Both men over 6’. Floor plan was ideal and we Loved the location. We have vacationed & golfed every year for approx 25+ years. Only concern; we notified that the smoke detectors did not have batteries. None of us had the ability to reach and replace batteries. Maintenance did not respond.

Pictures were not accurate. Need to be updated. Bathrooms were small and no shelves to put anything on. Closets didn't appear to be finished. Also, could not see the beach. I was expecting rocking chairs on the porch. I wouldn't be interested in staying here again unless it was updated. Also, had a few bugs.

Need to change WiFi information on refrigerator in house! Different one on packet sheet! I didnt see the one in packet until our last night! Also the volume didnt work on tv in one bedroom! Other than these few minor inconveniences we had a great time! We hope to come back next year!!!!
