Why they chose this property
This property is located 1.5 miles from Henricks Creek Marina putting it right between Sulphur Creek and Holly Creek. Take your pick. Plenty of room to park your boat as well.
What makes this property unique
The basement is accessible without having to use the stairs inside. Great for everyone and easy on my knees.
