The space:
This super cozy mountain home was built in the 1960s and is the perfect retreat for individuals or small families seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway. Tucked away from the touristy crowd, it sits on 2.33 acres of pristine nature, offering spectacular views during the day. The house is located within 30 minutes from downtown Hickory and has great fishing, rock climbing, biking, hunting, and hiking.

Please note that our home embraces a rustic aesthetic and provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Its charm lies in its simplicity. If you are seeking a modern home, this may not be the place for you. However, if you appreciate the beauty of simplicity, you'll feel right at home here.

The quaint serene home still retains its "old Charm" as it was built in the 1960s, with some original finishing that may be a little crooked in some places. We want to highlight that this home may not be for everyone, but it is a perfect base for those who appreciate nature and the great outdoors. Bring your adventurous spirit and come create unforgettable memories by the serene surroundings.

There is plenty of parking available in the driveway.

Other things to note:
The house is fully equipped with sheets, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and a grill for your convenience.

Secluded Get Away

The property and furnishings are very nice and comfortable. The one draw back is the location is rather far out in a area of mixed development standards.
