3-bedroom house with SUV included

We are Nestled in the west side of St Thomas in Estate Fortuna, secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can relax and recharge at our delightful three bedroom two-and-a-half-bathroom house! Our retreat offers comfortable bed linens and towels (both bathroom and beach), a keyless entry, AC in all rooms, Starlink Wi-Fi, Firesticks on all TV's, onsite laundry, UV water filtration system, a fully equipped kitchen! Just bring your toothbrush and you will be all set to loosen up and unwind in America's Paradise!

Our villa can host up to 6 guests. With a king bed in the master and 2 queen sized beds in the guest bedrooms! Our master bathroom features a shower and a jetted bathtub for added relaxation!

Other things to note:
A vehicle is a must!!! While taxi service is available island wide, it is extremely difficult to find a taxi willing to drive out west. But do not fret! That is why upon drivers license, car insurance verification a vehicle is FREE to use with this rental! Additional lease agreement to be signed with VI Luxury Rentals, LLC. And a credit card to placed on file in case of damages.

We do have a back-up generator to supply power if the power should go off. We have a gentleman who lives on property who can turn it on in case that occurs!

Our property is in walking distance to a rocky beach that's a snorkeler's paradise. We suggest you bring water shoes to navigate the rocks, but those same rocks create a perfect underwater landscape for snorkeling enthusiasts! Pictures of Fortuna Bay are in the listing to check out!
