About this property

Charming 3-bedroom house in beautiful North Fork, ID

This cozy home is nestled in the valley, on 7 acres of land, of the exact route that Lewis and Clark traveled many years ago, yet it’s conveniently located and easy to access along Highway 93, only 17 miles from Lost Trail Ski Area and only 30 miles from Salmon, ID. Your mountain views from all directions are spectacular any time of year, and spotting elk and deer around the house is quite common, especially in the mornings. The entire house is accented with custom woodwork, from flooring to cabinets, from trim to wainscoting...

The space
This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home. The master bedroom features a king size bed, 40” Smart TV and a large pass through closet that connects to the master bath. The master bath boasts a large tiled walk-in shower, a large one sink vanity, and a separate heater that keeps it extra warm in the cold winter months.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with full size beds. It can comfortably sleep 2 adults or four children. The third bedroom has a queen size bed that sleeps 2. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a nice large one sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Even though there are restaurants within driving distance, you are able to cook your own meals in the fully stocked kitchen that contains a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove/oven/microwave combo unit. You can enjoy your meals either at the custom cut wood slabbed bar that seats 3, or gather around the dining room table that seats 6.
The living room invites relaxation with a spacious layout that contains a rocker/recliner as well as a full size couch and loveseat couch, each with electric reclining features. You will stay warm and cozy in the cold weather with not one, but two pellet stoves. One stove is located in the living room and one is in the dining room. You can also keep up with your latest shows and movies on the 65” Smart TV.
Don’t worry about packing too many clothes because the utility room contains a full size washer and dryer along with a third toilet, as well as a nice size utility sink set in a cabinet/countertop unit.
Enjoy the views and the wildlife with coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night on the covered patio that is immediately off the kitchen.
There is also a covered parking area between the house and the shed that you can park your vehicle to protect it from the elements, however the shed is reserved for the host’s personal and private use.
There is no cell service in this area of Idaho however we have fiber optic internet which provides strong wifi for streaming, wifi calling, emailing or whatever other connections you desire.
