Oceanfront Villa 1111 Hot Tub & Community Pool! Great Views!
Construction Notice: This property will be undergoing major renovations during 2025. We are excited to see all of the wonderful interior and exterior updates that will be made.
Plan the ultimate escape at this stunning and very spacious Ocean Club Villa in Wild Dunes. The owners have thought of everything to make sure that you and your family will have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. This Villa is extremely well equipped including beach towels for the guests and the kitchen has everything a family could possibly need during their stay. The Ocean Club is a beautiful, luxury gated community with a beautiful resort style swimming pool, hot tub, grills and direct beach access. If you like to stay active while you are on vacation, you can enjoy running through Wild Dunes, going for bike rides, playing playing tennis or playing golf on one of the two golf courses. Although you are not able to use the swimming pools at the hotels in Wild Dunes, you are able to enjoy the restaurants and a day at the spa!

As you enter this beautiful condo, you will be pleasantly surprised how spacious and bright it is. You step into a lovely entrance hall which will also give you one of two entries into the kitchen. To the right of the kitchen you will find a wonderful office/workspace in case you need to do a bit of remote work. To the left of the entrance hall you will find a bedroom with two twin beds and a full attached bathroom. Down the hallway, you will find a laundry room with a large washer and dryer and laundry sink. Past the kitchen you have a large open plan dining and living room seating for 8 at the dining table. To the right of the living room the is the large main bedroom with a very large attached bathroom. The main bedroom and the living room both have large glass doors which give you access to the oversized patio and spectacular views.
*Please Note: Absolutely No Pets or Golf Carts are permitted on the property. No Smoking inside the unit! Fines will be assessed.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Carroll Realty is the property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
