The laundry room is equipped with a washer & dyer, iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are provided. There is a high chair for those with babies. The house is air conditioned throughout and has free Wifi.
Enjoy relaxing in the swimming pool with Jacuzzi after a long day at the theme parks. The pool deck has a covered lanai with patio furniture, sun loungers, barbecue grill (the cost is US$ 60) and mini fridge . There is also a pool safety fence for those with children. The pool can be heated at an additional cost (US$34.05 per day).

We very much enjoyed staying at this home for a week while visiting Florida! My group included 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 singles, which allowed us each to have our own room and bathroom! Perfect amount of space for our group. Everything was as discussed with host or as mentioned in the listing! When we had questions for the host, they answered quickly. All the surrounding neighbors were so kind and easy to talk with. 30 min-1 hr commute to just about everything we planned to do. Would definitely recommend this home to my friends!

The house was very nice great size for our daughter and her family and the two of us. The pool and hot tan was wonderful I thought it was just right but everybody else thought it was too hot. The house was very nice but it did need some maintenance done. The entire house could use a coat of paint. You could tell it was well used. We would definitely rent the house again.

Great Location with a terrific pool and Hot tub. BBQ equipment near pool. Plenty of room for our group and near all the golf courses we played. Our Host was very responsive to the couple of things we needed and responded quickly. We will stay there again. Thanks Gabriel for everything.

Last year we did the Disney Resort thing. This year we tried this home. We were worried our two children would be bored not having other kids to play with but they loved it even more than staying at the Disney resort!! Clean home, great communication, and outstanding trip. Thank you

Info NOT in the listing: 3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs including the master. Game room is the garage and it is not cooled and smells like the garbage can. Someone has been storing the trash in it. Property needs some general maintenance. The dryer was not hooked up to the vent so it was blowing hot air into the house. I called and messaged the property mgr 4-5 times before it got fixed. If you plan to visit Orlando, plan for long commute times. It took us over 45 minutes each way for 5 days. The on ramp to Interstate 4 is extremely congested and frustrating to navigate. And there were no extra supplies in the house. We purchased toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels for the week because what was provided was inadequate for a family of 4. The bedroom TVs were laughably small and the beds were creaky and bouncy. The coffee maker worked however there was no coffee in the house. Aside from those gripes, our stay was very enjoyable. The house has excellent cooling. The pool was nice which the kids enjoyed. It is also in a gated community and the property has nice curb appeal.

Lovely clean large gated house with big pool area, near to Disney area, very well equipped and not to far drive to supermarket and restaurants, Nice quiet area, a few small probs with pool but sorted asap with management company who are easy to get hold of. Overall great chilled stay for a large family

Good location but maintenance could be better
We arrived and the house was greatly furnished but the carpet didnt seem very clean and was quite worn. Also we paid for pool heating and wasnt working for the entire week. We finally fot the pool hot on the morning we were leaving. Wasnt able to use it. Listing mentions a barbecue but it was locked with a padlock probably extra cost for using it but no mention. So house was greatly located but the attention and maintenance was not as expected. First time a villa experience in Orlando area turns out as average unfortunately. Hope next time will be better.

Nice house but needs some TLC
The house is nice for a family vacation, but needs attention, paint, bed in the second master bedroom on the second floor, dust, pool area etc. The dishwasher definitely needs to be changed. The pool was not well maintained by the pool technicien, he never showed up unless we complained, we had to call several times as algae was forming in the pool.

Very nice house!
We are a first time VRBO travelers and would rate Marilza's house as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The house was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful vacation house.

Golf trip home base
When we go on our guys golf trips, everyone gets their own rooms. This worked out perfect, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom. Large enough to give people space for any remote work that was needed through thr course of the week.. Private pool and hot tub. Built in BBQ not working, but one was provided for our use . Outdoor fridge on patio was a great touch that we used often. Didn’t use the game room in the garage, but it has a small pool table and foosball. Minor stuff - Dishwasher made a lot of noise, run it when you are out, but did OK job. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Loved the home. Owner always responded quickly to my questions. Air quit working one day and management company was able to send out someone the same day. Tammy not too friendly or understanding of our frustration of having to deal with problems on our vacation. However, all maintenance workers were extremely pleasant. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. House could use a Keurig.

The home was nice and clean, the pool and hot tub was neat and fun to swim in, my kids loved it. Traffic getting to and from Orlando was a nightmare, not the owners fault but something to keep in mind if you stay here and want to go to Disney or Universal.

Extremely Nice place to stay
Had to find a place last minute. Was nervous about booking but it was easy. I left a important piece of jewelry at the home and was able to go back after checkout and retrieve it. Got quick responses. The home was extremely nice and very comfortable. I would recommend this home.

Perfekte Lage in sehr schöner und ruhiger Umgebung. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und insbesondere Küchenutensilien (Geschirr). Das Haus ist schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Es wäre wünschenswert, dass das angebotene Equipment in einem funktionsfähigen Zustand ist (z.B. Trockner nicht nutzbar, Schaltung des Whirlpools funktionierte nicht einwandfrei, Billiard und Tischfussball nicht nutzbar). Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief reibungslos und sehr angenehm.

Large home. Clean property in a great neighborhood. Two master suites which was perfect for us. Lots of towels and supplies provided. Problems checking in..an email was sent telling us we needed to go to the rental office for check in. They were no longer located at the address provided in the email. No answers to our phone calls (it was a Sunday). Google the new address and went there but there was no "key box" as stated in the email. Finally got through to someone on the phone who stated we didn't need to do anything the email stated. Just go right to the house and the code would be sent to me at exactly 4 p.m. (and it was). Very frustrating
