About this property
The Beaver Falls House: Tranquil 4-bedroom Home Overlooking River & Beaver Falls
The 4-bedroom, craftsman style home overlooks an idyllic stretch of The Bullpasture River, featuring cascading waterfalls rushing around massive boulders.
The home has 2.5 bathrooms and four guestrooms – three with queen size beds and the fourth with a king bed plus two twin beds. The common area includes a wood-buring fireplace, comfortable living room, and large porch with ample seating. Open the windows or relax on the porch and you’ll hear the soothing sounds of the rushing river below. Stone steps take you down to a private river stretch below the house or walk upstream about 3-minutes and you’ll find the home’s namesake, Beaver Falls.
The famed Beaver Falls swimming hole has a natural rock water slide that drops into one the largest and deepest pools on the entire river.
