My name is Jamey. I have spent the past 8 years rebuilding this home. It has given me access to a number of hobbies, flying, swimming, boating and now I would like to share that with you. Pilots: there is a grass runway (1900') 5 minutes away, let me know if you would like to discuss access.
Why they chose this property
Sherman is a lovely town. If you are interested in hiking, biking, swimming, flying, bird watching, tennis, everything is available within this small area. This is my escape from the city.
What makes this property unique
You will not find views like this anywhere else. Everyone who comes to see it is blown away. Watch birds fly so close to the deck you can hear their feathers as they go by. See amazing sunsets, be high above the boats and seaplanes on the lake or read in the swinging daybed.
