Relax and unwind with a book on the comfy screened in porch while watching the wildlife. Enjoy your meals on the porch while watching the boat activities on the water. Spend all day at the dock soaking up the sun, swimming, fishing and listening to music.
The lot is wooded and private with a large boat dock and plenty of yard to enjoy badminton, corn hole, crochet or bocci ball. The boat dock has a beverage cooler, a retractable ladder, shaded area with ceiling fan, table with 4 seats and a nice sized sun deck for fishing or sun-bathing.
**outdoor shower water is turned off during winter months to prevent freezing.
Enjoy the sunset from the dock with cocktails and good conversation. The water is approximately 4' at the dock. Twin Bridges marina is 10 minutes away by car and 5 minutes by boat away and features a boat launch.

This cabin is dog-friendly. we allow up to two well-behaved dogs. If bringing dogs, please be sure that you have fully read, understand and accept our policies shown in the rental agreement during your checkout process. Pet fee of $125 will apply.
