Pull up and park in our private, paved driveway and let your cares melt away. Enjoy a swim in the brand new private pool or soak up the sun in the shallow lounge area. Rinse off from a fun day in the sand with our hot and cold outdoor shower. There is plenty of shaded entertainment area next to the pool to relax, have a drink, or fire up the grill. Let the kids run and play in the privacy of our fenced yard.
Once upstairs, you’ll find a covered balcony with table and chairs. Watch the people below in the pool or sit back and enjoy the breeze. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax in our perfectly appointed beach home. Inside you’ll find a spacious and open living room complete with big screen TV and two new, full-sized couches. The living room is open to the dining room and fully-equipped, completely remodeled kitchen. With new appliances and beautiful new quartz countertops, our kitchen is the perfect place to whip up a quick meal or prepare a gourmet feast for your entire family. Down the hall you’ll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms ideal for multiple families. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Slip away to separate downstairs unit where you’ll find a private master suite complete with king bed and full bathroom.

Excellent family getaway. The littles loved the pool - just right for toddlers. Plenty of room for two families plus kids and grandparents. Only drawback was some traffic noise at night - it’s a busy corner for golf cart traffic.

This was our fourth stay at Beachy Keen and it never fails to disappoint! Wonderful house for a family to gather… beach all day then pool and grill in the evening. The little ones have so much fun playing in the pool! These family vacation memories will last a lifetime❤️

Great house!
I have stayed at this house two times. It is a great location between diabetic and the beach. The pool is perfect and there is plenty of shade by the middle of the afternoon. I would start here again.

The house is centrally located, accessible to everything. This is a comfortable unit and was quite comfortable for all our party. The only mild inconvenience is the road noise from 11th street, golf carts with blaring music. I would go back.

Everything was just as described in the posting. Great space for a large group. We had a great experience and look forward to staying here again in the future. At times there was noise from the traffic we could hear when in the pool, but nothing that bothered us while in the house.

Always a good time no matter what
The property was nice but needs attention to the upper deck, stairs, and gate. This house is on the corner and it is very busy and noisy with all the golf carts up and down the street. But, Port Aransas has been our go to place for 23 years. After we sold our condo we started staying at other places and enjoy seeing what other options are out there. We did LOVE our private pool, especially our grandkids.

Family memorial trip
We had a trip to spread ashes of a loved one. From the beginning of our booking the owner was responsive to questions and information. We had a group of 10 adults and one child staying on property. Plenty of room for everyone to have space. Thw pool.was a bonus for fun for all. Would definitely recommend this property and book again. plus parking was plenty ( 4 trucks, one small.suv and small car fit in drive).

Feels like home
We throughly enjoyed the home. It felt like home. Loved the availability of bath towels, no skimping there. My family loved it. The kids fit well in the bunk beds and the privacy these gave the adults. Wished there had been at least a dorm size fridge downstairs and a maybe a small microwave, but this really is more of a convenience for my family member with bad knees when they wanted a cool drink at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Another great year!
This is our third year staying a week at Beachy Keen. The location is great, the kids love the pool, and there is plenty of room for us all to spread out. As the grandparents, we let our adult children and the young grandkids have the upstairs area and we escape to the downstairs bed/bath at night for restful sleep. The downstairs bath is also great for access from the pool on swim days. The outdoor shower near the pool is great too. Rebecca the property manager makes check in and out easy. The house has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We will be back again next year!

We now have 3 kids and look forward to getting to the beach as often as we can. We live in San Antonio, Texas, and love the fact that we can get in the car and drive to the beach in just a few hours. We have developed a real love for the City of Port Aransas, and can't wait for you to enjoy it too!
