Awesome cottage style condo in downtown Savannah with a pool. It was built in the late 1800's and is listed as a historic property. This is a great place to spend your stay in Savannah at a great price. It is about three blocks from Forsyth Park and one block from the start of the St. Patrick's Day parade. The condo is well within walking distance or a short bike ride of River Street and about a 15-20 minute drive from Tybee Island. It features a dedicated off-street parking space. The condo has been renovated and features a full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, washer and dryer, small outside porch, living room with flat screen television, one bedroom and a pull out full size sofa in the living room. There are two original fireplaces, hardwood floors and crown moulding and trim throughout.

Everything downtown Savannah has to offer is nearby including historic tours, fine dining, tours, great nightlife, museums, mansions, art galleries, parks, coffee shops and much more!

Great Stay

Everything was as expected. A little longer walk to downtown than excepted but doable. Lyft and Uber pretty cheap when needed. House had everything and more than we needed.

Perfect for two!

I was in town for my wedding so we just needed something for my now his and myself to just lay our heads. It has a nice kitchen and the living room is nice. The bed is high but the step stool really came in handy! My only complaint is the bed is squeaky even at the smallest movement. Everything was great!

Stop off on the way south

Had never been to Savannah. The neighborhood was in easy walking distance to grocery, the park and the river. The home showed a little more wear and tear than the photos on line, but it was clean with everything we needed. The communication was seamless. Would stay there again. Enjoyed the town very much.

Taking my middle child to collage

Was a sad and happy trip. The place was good. The manager was fantastic. The fold out couch was not the best one side was kinda broke and there was a not so attractive stain in the upper right hand corner, the bathroom vent needs cleaned, the showerhead and or presser hurt, and please frost the window in the shower. I would book again though.

We had a little issue at check in. Make sure you are on lane not street. The host answered immediately and walked me through where to go. Every time I communicated with the host she answered questions immediately. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The place was easy to find with the included instructions. Very clean. There’s a grocery store 2 blocks away so I was able to walk over and grab everything that I needed to cook while we were there. We enjoyed our stay and would and will stay again.

Perfect for 2 with multiple spaces to be in. Perfect location to walk to anything in Downtown Savannah, easy check-in instructions. We were completely independent and checked in and out on our own with the clear instructions given.

Perfect for 1 or 2 people. I liked that I could spread out a little in multiple rooms. Great location for sightseeing. The screen door wouldn't open so I didn't see the pool. The toilet was running due probably to a bad seal.but all in all, perfect for me

Great location, great host

It’s always a little nerve wracking renting accommodations you’ve never seen in a place you’ve never been but this property in the Historic District was wonderful! Instructions were clear, the pool was clean and a fantastic way to spend down time, and the lodging was cute and exactly what we needed. It was within quick walking distance to Kroger, the free trolly system, Forsyth Park, and what came to be our favorite cafe, the Sentient Bean. The host was communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and better than pictures

We were pleasantly surprised as our original booking in a location near Forsyth Park was cancelled 2 days prior due to a sudden plumbing problem. Located a short block east of Oglethorpe on Wright Square, this unit is within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. This unit is larger than the pictures seem to show ( the reason for the 4 star for as advertised). Bedding was comfortable and inside was comfortable with the thermostat set on 75. Large windows and high ceilings Render it bright and airy. The kitchen was more than adequate. If there is any complaint, it’s that the Samsung TVs, although Smart and connected to Xfinity cable, came with no instructions and it took 3 nights to figure it out. But visiting Savannah you don’t spend much time in front of the TV. I could not cast from my iPhone to the bedroom TV. It is a 1 story walk up so be warned about that. They offer a card for parking in a garage 3 blocks away. Highly recommend this unit.

Adorable condo, great location!

I stayed here with my husband and daughter and it was perfect. It’s very clean and so cute. The pool was great to cool down in the evenings and enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the mornings. It’s very close to Forsyth Park and a grocery store is just a couple blocks away. Everything was only about a 10 minute car ride and was even walkable if you prefer. Communication was great with host. Would 10/10 recommend. We had a great time in beautiful Savannah.
