Resort stay review

Overall, I had an enjoyable stay. However, I encountered some issues with the drainage in both the guest bath sink and the master bath shower; the water would not drain at all. On a positive note, the service desk responded promptly to my concerns, although it was still inconvenient. I hope this was just a one-time occurrence and that other guests do not experience similar problems.
