The property needs a good cleaning, the deck area is grossly dirty and needs power washing and a coat of paint. The bbq is greasy and dirty. The pool is not maintained properly and appears to have algae growing in it. Deck furniture is broken. The inside floors were dirty, bedside tables were not dusted, cobwebs were noted on lamps and curling.. There were inadequate number of hand towels and face cloths and they were very poor quality.. there was not enough furniture in the living area for 5 adults to sit. Furniture was dirty and stained.. some pillows had no pillow cases and were covered with pillow protectors that were stained and dirty. The throw on the couch had ketchup or BBQ sauce on it. I had to wash it day 1.

A great stay and perfect for our needs

Property is spacious and multiple en-suite bathrooms a real plus. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Convenient for grocery shopping if you self cater (kitchen is very well equipped) and dining areas (inside and out) are lovely.It would be nice if there was some more furniture in the ‘family room’ as the couch (although comfortable) was not really enough.Short drive to Disney parks (about 15 mins), Universal (about 35 mins) and airport (about 35 mins). Kennedy Space Center about 1hr 15 mins.Hosts were lovely and very responsive and access to the gated community and property was a breeze!Overall a great stay and perfect for our needs.

Great option for a Disney World trip

There were 10 in our party and we really appreciated the ensuite bath in every room. 20 minute ride to Disney was convenient. Game room was used a lot on our one rain day. Nice quiet neighborhood. A great option if you want to save some money and stay outside the Disney bubble.

Family Vacation

Great property to stay in. Everything was perfect. Easy to find, wonderful property and location (practically next door to Walmart), neat, clean and everything we needed was there. Had plenty of space for everyone. Check-in and out was a breeze. Property owner responded quickly to my questions. A/C was on point. I rated our stay a 2/5. We loved the 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms; however, you need to update your photos as they were definitely taken in 2015 when that property was built. The bedding was different; the two chairs in gathering room were missing. Incredibly hard to have a 3 person couch for a week with 9 people in the house. The listing mentions construction and the photos show no houses around which was misleading. The neighborhood was loud at night until 1:00 am on 3 out of the 7 nights. Also, I received a text at 10:34 am on the day of check-in re: an additional charge to add pool heating. An unheated pool should be listed instead of a pool....deceptive. We did add heat to the pool and I was happy that the heat for the week was prorated. Your communication was outstanding as I had immediate responses back from you. I appreciated your quick responses.

Great Location, Very nice property

Wonderful location, in proximity to Disney. The house and pool were clean. The house is tucked in the back of the neighborhood, which made it nice and quiet. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was amazing. Maybe provide a few more bath and hand towels. Pool table wasn't all that functional, but the Pac Man game provided a ton of entertainment. Would stay again, without hesitation.

Convenient to ESPN and parks

The property fit our needs well. We will consider it for future visits. A few minor fixes, replacing light bulbs, exhaust fan in master vanity area not working, screen door latch at pool is broken, a partial false eyelash was in one of the beds upstairs however the linens were clean and fresh. Pool table end rail is broken and not functional.

Amazing house

We stayed a week before christmas and loved the house. It was well stocked for our family of 10 and was so pretty. The owner got back to us so quickly if we had questions and everything was perfect! Close to all the shops and attractions. Grocery stores were only 2 minutes away. The neighborhood was perfect.

Nice property with lots of room inside!

Enjoyed staying in this property! Lots of bed space for our larger family. There were six adults and two infants, space enough for the kids to have their own sleeping space. Plenty of bathrooms as well! Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Would recommend for your family stay!

Poor maintenance

I called the host about several maintenance issues. Only some of the issues were resolved that I called about on the first day. After the team left we discovered that the air condition in one of the rooms upstairs is only partially operational. They said they would be back the following day (Day 2) betweeN 10-2 which means we had to adjust our plans ONCE AGAIN. While I am pleased with the fact that the host responded in a timely manner I feel as though these maintenance issues should’ve been checked prior our arrival because this was a major inconvenience to our very limited vacation. Every single day that we were there we tried to wash and could not due to the fact that the machine was not working. The host responded each day that I reached out and sent a technician out however the problem was never resolved. I was told by the host the day we checked (afterwards) that the machine was replaced which in feel could’ve been done on day two after the washer didn’t work AGAIN.

great for multiple families

We had 3 families-for 4 nights stay at this home. 2 of the couples had kids so it was nice that each couple & set of kids had not only their own room & their own bathroom connected to it. The pool area is nice with a large dining table & a few lounge chairs. Only a beach ball & 1 float so bring pool toys. There were a couple of floor fans for the bedrooms but no ceiling fans & because we were told a few days before the stay we couldn't put the AC lower than 72, we all brought our own fans. Even still the back bedroom with 2 fans running constantly with the door shut, it was so hot - vent was open so not sure why it would not cool. The ad says linens are provided - I would take that to mean enough bath towels, hand towels & washcloths for the number of people & days. There was 1 bath towel per person, 1 hand towel per bathroom and we found 9 washcloths in the laundry room and there was 1 hand towel in the kitchen. It's just simply not enough for 4 nights for 10 people. The host did bring laundry detergent & 2 new hand towels & more dishwasher tabs (as there were only 2) as he said they only provided a starter kit. I have more towels/washcloths at my home for just 2 people than this place did for 10. When I'm on a trip, I don't expect to buy towels when the ad says they are provided nor do I expect to wash them without detergent. 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags & 2 dishwasher tabs weren't enough. Overall, we had a nice stay, and comfortable beds in a nice area.
