We are a retired couple from Pennsylvania and love traveling, hanging with family and friends and spending as much time as possible with our 3 grandbabies. Florida has become one of our special places. We have gone to this resort often and fell in love with it and in fact, so much that we decided to purchase a unit here. We are very new to hosting. The wonderful memories we have made here will be with us forever and want the same for you.
Why they chose this property
The resort where the property is located has many amenities including a basketball court, dog park, horseshoes area, playground, clubhouse where activities are held weekly, shuffleboard, outdoor fitness yard and large picnic pavilion as well as a pool and spa. The pool and spa are our favorite. The fact that it is gated is another plus. The best part about this neighborhood is all of the friendly and kind people you meet.
What makes this property unique
The property is very centrally located to many shops and restaurants. It is also near Fort Island Gulf Beach, Downtown Crystal River and Three Sister Springs. There is a little something for everyone to do from kayaking to swimming with the manatees as well as fishing and boating. The unit is also about an hour away from Tampa, and an hour and 40 minutes from Disneyworld and Clearwater Beach.
