Enjoy a vintage 100+ year-old lakefront cottage that's been tastefully renovated to provide all of the modern conveniences of home. Includes huge wrap-around enclosed porch overlooking Hamlin Lake. It is primarily single-level living with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms on the main level. The upper level is a loft with a double bed. There is also a daybed on the porch for an additional sleeping option.
House has stairs that lead down to a 100 ft of lakefront with boat dock. Enjoy swimming off the dock or take a quick boat trip to the sand dunes or Ludington State Park
The kitchen has all the items you'll need for meal prep. The cottage is 10 minutes form downtown Ludington, 10 minutes from Ludington State Park.
Includes wireless internet, cable, washer, dryer and pantry is stocked with all the essentials you need to cook.
