Enjoy the splendor and tranquility of a seaside resort where the desert meets the sea. Grande 603 situated in the exclusive Las Palmas Resort on Sandy Beach is an enchanting vacation and holiday destination with spectacular sixth floor views of the Sea of Cortez. Our condo is a spacious charmingly furnished two bedroom condo with a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest bedroom. A sleeper sofa is also provided for extra guests. A large gourmet kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, water dispenser, etc. Cabinets were recently re-stained. In addition there is a washer/dryer, and a delightfully furnished living area with a huge microfiber sectional sofa, 99 Channel 50" flat panel television, Blue-Ray DVD player, high speed internet, and all resort amenities. This is a two bedroom sixth floor condo that will comfortably sleep six adults. A tankless water heater provides endless hot water.

Not what we expected

The resort is fine - a bit dated but the property is generally well kept. The condo was a disappointment. We had no hot water for the first three days and kept telling the management but they ignored the issue until our next to last day when they finally replaced it and we had hot showers!! The unit stated it would sleep 6 but it really didn’t. The sofa in the living room didn’t pull out and the one in the master was too small for two teens so we ended up with 3 in one bed. I’ve stayed at many places in Rocky POint....this one is not on my list to return to.
