This home gives off tranquil, calm, modern farmhouse vibes. With a lot of simple touches, natural light, and a fully renovated backyard & patio, you're sure to find peace here. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to nearby hotspots and stores. 5 minutes from grocery stores, gyms, gas stations, etc. Centrally located for traveling medical professionals, or extra cozy for a work from home office. There are no shared spaces in this home, it is yours to enjoy!

Originally from New England, but bought this home brand new after I fell in love with Eastern Tennessee! I'm lucky enough to be able to travel, and sharing my home with others who will love it as much as we do is my favorite part about being a host!

This neighborhood is on a quiet dead-end street, yet friendly and welcoming! Convenient to everything you could ever need in West Knoxville, but tucked away for private enjoyment.
