Disgusting house
Absolutely, embarrassing, and disgusting property! Upon checking in, I opened up the garage to find overflowing garbage from the previous group that rented the house. Whoever this property manager has clean their house does an awful job, which led us to be uneasy that the rest of the house was the same. Slow draining water in most of the tubs, missing toilet paper roll in the master, hot tub is tiny and seats, too, which is rare for a bigger house. When I reached out to the property owner regarding the garbage, I will get a very nonchalant reply back, apologizing that it would be taken care of the next day, only to be fooled that it wasn’t taken care of until the next day. We checked in on Sunday and the trash was not removed until Wednesday. it was absolutely disgusting and not sanitary. I rent four houses a year for customers and this by far has been the worst experience, I have never experienced anything like this and was completely mortified and embarrassed to have customer stay in this. Very, very disappointed in this homeowner/property manager for the way they handle this with minimal apologies and delay in getting it resolved. I would not recommend this house to anybody, keep searching you will find another one for the same price that is clean and has better management.
