location was excellent. 4 bedrooms but one bedroom did not have a closet and for 4 bedrooms, was difficult with 2 bathrooms. well stocked. best part was the location!

Location was excellent. Safe. Easy access. Private outdoor space. Everything in the apartment worked as expected, and there were more than enough appliances and kitchenware to manage any meal we chose to create. Regular and easy communication when wanted. Our group had a great visit, and we would stay there again.

Lovely place with lots of room

This apartment is in a convenient area. There is easy access to anything you want to do in NYC and it felt safe. It is beautifully decorated and had lots of space for the whole family. It was very clean. My only complaint was that I reached out to the host prior to our stay multiple times and did not receive a reply until the day before our check in so I was getting very nervous about the booking. However, during our stay the host was very responsive and helpful.

Nice unit, sketchy check-in

The unit was fine, a bit dated, but location is great. Sounds negative but not really. Issue was communication with host, which others have complained about. The address in the listing was wrong. After booking i found that such does not exist so i messaged through app several times over several weeks with no response. Did not get any communications until late day before. At that point I was concerned enough to spend my time on phone with VRBO to make sure this was not a scam. Later that day i got an odd text, something like "Hello, you are checking in tomorrow to our place in NYC. How are you?" Nothing more. I responded immediately asking address and info on how to get in. Then radio silence in spite of several texts back. On morning of check in i finally got info and was able to confirm my unit was at least on same street as what i booked. Who knows where it really was until then. I complained about the radio silence and i got an apology about there being an emergency. Really? over several weeks, and the other reviews here saying the same thing. Perfectly good unit if you are so chill that you can hope the heavens will provide....

Super location!

First off, this place is huge for a city apartment. It’s on the first floor but three bedrooms are downstairs with another door down stairs. You can use the building elevator to get downstairs to bedrooms if needed too but, there stairs in the apartment. Secondly, the location is perfect. It is close to Pennstation and Madison Square. You can walk easily to the place from the train station. If you get there before check-in and have a couple hours to do whatever you can schedule to drop your luggage off at any “BOUNCE” location. There is one right around the corner. Look on line for there website. Also, there is a parking garage across the street. There is a very small coffee pot that looks like no person has used it in a long time. But I figured everyone goes out for quick cup of coffee and brings it back to the apartment. They have a wonderful water purifier machine that I really liked. No need to bring bottles of waters. Lastly, the decor was really nice and the beds very comfortable. Water pressure was amazing. The manger was very helpful with the check in process. Secondly
