About this property
NEW POOL East Hampton traditional home with modern amenities-close to town/beach
Welcome to our traditional style (with modern interior!) cedar shingle home in the lovely, wooded and quiet East Hampton North (or near Northwest Woods) area less than 2 miles from the heart of East Hampton village (an easy bike ride), 4 miles to ocean beaches (a 5 minute drive to EH's famous Main Beach) & 10 minutes drive to trendy Sag Harbor.
Our home comes equipped with 2 bikes and (if you have an NY State license) a car with town beach pass.
The modern kitchen has stainless appliances (dishwasher included) & granite counter tops and is stocked with basic cooking supplies (spices, oil, etc). The house has 3.5 bathrooms (en suite in the master with large soaking tub). There is also a new washer/dryer upstairs. We also have 3 large HD TVs as well as cable and a fast internet connection.
Outside you will find a large deck with a table that comfortably seats 8 for dinner which you can cook on the new gas grill. There is also private entry to the lower apartment through the backyard. The lower apartment includes a full sized bed, 2 couches and kitchen (sink, refrigerator and microwave - no oven)+ full bath. We store the 2 bikes and 2 body boards for guest use in the lower level!
This house is perfect for 2 families and is perfect for kids too. There are 2 twin beds and a crib in one of the 2 upstairs guest rooms as well as a baby bjorn travel crib in the basement. There are also various toys, an exersaucer, a high chair, play mat and a bouncy chair.
