* At Casago Yellowstone, it is a requirement that the reservation holder sign the Casago Yellowstone Rental Agreement within 2 weeks of booking, or, if your reservation is made within 2 weeks of check-in, it must be submitted at least 24 hours before your arrival. Failure to review and sign may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
* The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and may be asked to email a copy of their state-issued ID and a selfie.
* At Casago Yellowstone, we respectfully ask that only the guests listed in the original reservation stay overnight to ensure compliance with our occupancy requirements.
* Unless you have made prior arrangements with Casago Yellowstone, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events that involve individuals who are not included in the reservation.
* At Casago Yellowstone, we are committed to providing all our guests with a safe and respectful environment. We have a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy in place for any abusive or threatening behavior, including harassment or physical abuse towards any individual. Guests found in violation of this policy or any other rules outlined below may be subject to immediate removal from the property to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone.
* If you encounter any issues with your unit upon check-in, including cleaning concerns, kindly reach out to your Casago Yellowstone Team promptly. We appreciate your timely communication, as it allows us the opportunity to address and resolve any problems.
* We kindly request that you refrain from moving or rearranging the furniture during your stay. This not only helps preserve our property and ensures the safety of our valued guests but also streamlines the cleaning process, saving time for our dedicated staff. Rest assured, we meticulously inventory everything, and any instances of damage, breakage, loss, or missing items will be subject to appropriate charges. Should you notice any obvious damages upon check-in, please promptly report them to us.
* For your safety, glass containers are prohibited in any Hot Tub or outdoor areas.
* House Towels are for indoor use only. Please do not take our house towels to the river or use them outside. Cabins with Hot Tubs will have specific towels for Hot Tub use. Your cooperation helps us maintain the quality and cleanliness of our towels for all guests' indoor comfort.
* Sleeping inside vehicles is not allowed on Casago Yellowstone property.
* At Casago Yellowstone Management, we care about your safety and the security of your belongings during your stay. To enhance your peace of mind, our cabin locks are designed to automatically engage after 30 minutes of inactivity and will require a re-entry of your access code.
* We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping our property pet-free. If, by any chance, we discover evidence of pets inside the property, there will be a $1500 charge for additional cleaning and sanitizing. This helps us maintain a pet-allergy-free environment for the comfort and safety of all our guests.
* To ensure a comfortable and smoke-free environment for all our guests, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the home. If you wish to smoke, we ask for your consideration in keeping it at least 30 feet away from entry doors out of respect for others. In the event that we find evidence of smoking anywhere on the property, there will be a $1000 charge for additional cleaning.
* Leave used beds unmade on the day of departure, and we will strip the beds and remake them. We have strict cleaning standards, and this helps our staff maintain them.
* Put all towels, hand towels, etc., in the laundry baskets provided, shower floors, or laundry room per unit specific check-out instructions.
* All dishes must be cleaned and returned in their proper order. Please pay attention to labels and/or other directions, as this saves time for the housekeepers.
* The refrigerator and stove/oven must be emptied, cleaned, and in the same condition as when you arrived. (If you have perishable, unopened items that you don't want to throw away or take with you, you may leave them for the cleaning staff}
* Please ensure that any personal items brought with you are taken home or disposed of in the trash.
* We truly appreciate your stay with us and want to ensure you have a fantastic experience. Our cleaning fee covers thorough deep cleaning and sanitizing of the property, which includes washing the linens and maintaining the property's overall cleanliness. We kindly ask that you respect the property by maintaining a minimum level of cleanliness during your stay.
* All trash must be bagged and placed in the property garbage receptacles provided; please refer to individual cabin instructions.
* As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m., to preserve the tranquility of our area. We have a noise complaint policy. In the event that we are called to the property due to noise complaints, there will be a $75 charge to guests for the first visit. However, if we receive a second noise complaint during your stay, there will be a $250 fee, and guests will be required to vacate the premises with no refund for the remainder of their stay. We hope you understand the importance of maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for all and appreciate your understanding of this policy.
* Check-out time is scheduled for 11 am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with your Casago Yellowstone Team. It's important to note that our check-in and check-out times are crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning schedules and accommodating incoming guests.
We kindly request that you adhere to the agreed-upon check-out time to facilitate a seamless transition. In the event of a late check-out, Casago Yellowstone will pass along any additional costs incurred, such as providing accommodations for arriving guests, including dinner or other necessary arrangements.
