Spectacular 50 Radius Year Round Mountain View - 3+ Bedroom Townhouse
This is a 4 Season Resort with Spectacular year round view. The townhouse features 3 bedrooms + Loft (another bedroom), 2 1/2 baths (sleeps 8 ).
Our townhouse is Ski In/Out at Bromley Ski Mountain.
We are willing to do weekly, monthly and seasonal rentals for less than the nightly rate.
For Seasonal Rental there is a $2500 Security Deposit.
Tenants are responsible for Gas, Electric Internet /Cable
$10000 for Pet Cleaning Carpets & Upholstery.
Open floor plan and a large deck with 2 sets of sliding glass doors to enjoy the view from every room. The open main room features a large fireplace,with free wood,that creates a warm cosy atmosphere.
Village recreation center has a fitness center and WiFi.
Bromley Mountain is a Winter Ski Vacation and Summer has 'Sun Mountain Adventure Park--Alpine Slides, Sip Lines, Rock Climbing, Mini Golf plus much more.
Manchester Village Outlet Shopping is only a short 6 miles down the mountain. Shop and enjoy the restaurants.
The townhouse has TV's in every room and there is a deck on all 3 levels.

We are a professional couple who have skied at Bromley for many years.
We live only 1 1/2 hours away in Saratoga Springs, NY, so we use the townhouse as a getaway to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of Vermont.
Our Townhouse is decorated as a second home and kept immaculate-- we love it as we just can get in the car and go there without packing a thing.
Note: Only make payments to us in Saratoga Springs after receipt of our Lease -- we do not ask for Wire Transfers or PayPal.

Why they chose this property
We were introduced to Bromley from a family member, we liked it so much we bought our unit from them.
We do not intend on selling it, as it is special. Vermont is beautiful 12 months a year, when it's raining it's still beautiful. We love the fantastic Southern Vermont panoramic view.
No matter if it's snowing and you want to ski or sit by the fire OR a beautiful summer day to go hiking OR fantastic fall foliage there is always something to do.
Sitting in front of the fireplace looking out the large glass windows pulls us back to Vermont.
We do not intend on selling it, as it is special. Vermont is beautiful 12 months a year, when it's raining it's still beautiful. We love the fantastic Southern Vermont panoramic view.

The Peru Townhouse units were built back in the 70's by Artisans who really knew their trades and did exacting work.
The layout has 3 levels with views, all looking South, makes this great for separating those staying -- the Entry is on the second/mid floor level.
The Entry Level has the living room, fireplace, large deck, kitchen, dining room and a 1/2 bath.
The Master is on the Upper Level with full bath, fireplace, deck, along with a large loft area.
The Lower Level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath, a large deck plus a laundry room.
The decorating is Upmarket, not just another rental or winter ski house-- the carpeting was specially copied from the historic Adirondack Hotel and the mid level has wide plank custom spruce flooring covered with Oriental Area Carpets.
Antiques from various periods and countries are mixed eclectically.
