Beautiful lakefront home. 3BR, 2.5 bath, master down, screened porch overlooking lake, dock, canoe, fishing, regulation sized pool table, ping pong table. 2 car garage. Neighborhood pool and tennis courts nearby. Minutes from beach, downtown Fernandina Beach, and all the island has to offer. 3 queen beds, sleeps 6. Linens, beach towels, chairs, all included. Everything you need for a get-away. Newly painted, new flooring, new kitchen, and updated furniture and décor! This property is feet away from the lake. Not recommended for small children. This house is in a quiet neighborhood, not suited for entertaining large parties. No pets and NO smoking, thank you. Security deposit required. Six month minimum lease. Please contact owner for monthly rate.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. The setting is beautiful. Relaxing lake view with plenty of extra amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer.
