Step into our open-concept living room, where large windows and doors frame spectacular ocean vistas. Comfortable seating adorned with colorful Mexican pillows invites you to relax and unwind. A sofa sleeper provides extra sleeping space for additional guests.

Dining Area:
Gather around our rustic wood dining table with upholstered seating, perfect for family meals or entertaining friends. Large candles and Mexican artwork create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Kitchen:
Our spacious kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the cozy seating area just off the kitchen.

Master Bedroom:
Retreat to the master bedroom, featuring a plush king-size bed, huge dresser, and wall-mounted smart TV. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower. Tasteful decor blends Mexican and coastal influences for a unique, relaxing ambiance.

Additional Bedrooms:
Two more bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for family or friends, ensuring everyone has their own space to recharge.

Bathrooms:
In addition to the master en-suite, a second full bathroom features beautiful tile accents, a large shower, and plenty of natural light.

Laundry Room:
A spacious laundry room with washer and dryer is at your disposal, with ample space to store beach gear and luggage.

Outdoor Space:

Guest Access:
Entire house, and patio are totally private spaces for the rental guests.

Cholla Bay, located in Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico, is a hidden gem worth discovering. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of tourist hotspots, this area is a charming blend of natural beauty and quirky character. The stunning views of the bay and ocean are the highlight of this area. Whether you are enjoying the sunsets or exploring the mountains, trails, and beaches, the scenery is breathtaking. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the opportunities for fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the nearby desert by side-by-side or ATV's. Cholla Bay is also home to several neighborhood eateries, where you can enjoy delicious meals with a local flavor. The convenience store in the neighborhood is a great place to stock up on essentials like beer, ice, and other forgotten staples. Nature lovers will appreciate the abundant wildlife in the area, including ospreys, lizards, seagulls, rabbits, and more. Low tide provides an opportunity for clamming and wading in the water. The locals in Cholla Bay are known for their friendly hospitality and traditional fiestas during holiday times. Getting Around:
Cholla Bay is located approximately 10 minutes away by car from the primary tourist hub of Sandy Beach. Visitors can opt to either drive their own car or take a taxi to access the bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and shops in the vicinity. A taxi ride all the way down to the port typically costs around $25 for each trip.

Other Things to Note:
The house runs on trucked in water stored in a tank on the roof. You must be mindful of consumption especially with larger groups, or you could run out of water. We will check and refill the water daily during your stay, but if it is Sunday or after hours, or there is a water shortage in town, you may not be able to get a refill until the next day. We provide a large 5 gallon bucket of clean purified water as an emergency back up if this should happen.
