Great family stay!
Stayed with another couple and our 3 kids for a weekend. The host was extremely responsive and communicative. Initially it was a little too hot and when we messaged asking for the AC to be adjusted the host was quickly responsive and adjusted so the rest of our stay was comfortable. The back 3rd bedroom I believe is a converted garage space which initially I was iffy about, but the window AC unit there really works to cool it off and it doesn't smell or feel musty. Pool isn't heated but that was just my mistake for not double checking the listing so we didn't use much. The hot tub was awesome though for relaxing after the kids went to bed. And comfy shaded seating area by the pool was great for morning coffee or evening hangout in the screened porch, no mosquitos! The host has beach chairs, umbrella, kiddie pool, pool toys and some kid toys in the house including a play kitchen. Just need to be careful with the pool area and kids as not fenced but again the host is very up front about that. We rented other baby equipment from babyquip and the host was great about letting them deliver early so we had it ready when we checked in. House seems to be in safe quiet area. Quick drive to target or to the beach and restaurants! Overall great stay and family friendly!
