Kitchen:

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for group cooking and entertaining. It features stainless steel appliances, a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system, a full oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, and blender. The central island seats three, offering additional meal prep and socializing space.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for dining, cooking, and serving. You'll find plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and handy tools like a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We provide basic spices such as salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, cooking sprays, foil, and other essentials. Additionally, we’ve included coffee grounds, pods, hot chocolate, a milk frother, and an assortment of teas to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Dining Area:

The dining area comfortably seats six, with three additional seats at the large kitchen island.

Primary Bedroom:

Enjoy a king-sized bed with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets and a 50-inch Roku Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom features two vanities, a spa-like glass shower, a rain shower system, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).

Bedrooms 2 and 3:

Each room has a queen bed with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, a reading nook, and a 50-inch Roku Smart TV. They share a full bathroom with a convenient tub/rain shower combo and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).

Game Room:

It features exciting foosball, Pac-Man, and Galaga arcade games and a futon that can serve as a fourth bed. You can also do some yoga on the provided mats. It also includes a dedicated office space and a cozy reading nook, offering stunning views of the red rocks from the window.

Outdoor/Patio Areas:

A spacious 1,500 sq. ft. patio features a gas grill, multiple seating areas, and a fire table. Set on a half-acre, the property offers plenty of space to explore nature and unwind.

Hot Tub: Unwind in the six-person hot tub, complete with a lounger, and soak in the stars while taking in stunning views of the red rocks. The spa is heated year-round, 365 days.

Pool: Dive into fun and relaxation in our backyard oasis, now featuring a brand-new 14x28 pool with a Baja deck—ready for you to enjoy!

Pool Heating is Available for an Additional Fee:

March – May: $100 per day
June – August: $50 per day
September – November: $100 per day
Winter Months (Dec – Feb): $150 per day (weather permitting)

Please allow at least 24 hours' notice for the pool to heat to the mid-80s. For safety and energy efficiency, keep the electric rolling cover closed when the pool is not in use. Heat retention is not guaranteed if the cover is left open overnight or for extended periods.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury or harm arising from swimming or using the spa and agree to hold the property owner harmless. You acknowledge that swimming and spa use can pose significant risks, especially to unsupervised children, individuals with health conditions, those under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication, or those who are pregnant. Proper supervision and caution are essential at all times.

By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and agree to assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries you or your party members may experience. You understand and accept the risks outlined above and agree to take full responsibility for yourself and your party. You waive any claims against the hosts or property owner for accidents or incidents arising from using the swimming pool or spa.

All guests in your party confirm they have read and understand this waiver, and by proceeding, you agree that this constitutes a binding and enforceable agreement between the Vrbo guests and the Vrbo host.
