Welcome to 'In July, a lemonade'! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has been completed renovated top to bottom. This stilt home offers nothing but luxury with it's beautiful finishes and large windows over looking the pool and canal. The primary bedroom offers a queen size bed with a connected bathroom, the second guest bedroom offers a king size bed and the third offers a full size bunk bed with a pull out twin size trundle for extra sleeping. This property has so many amenities! Ping Pong table, bicycles, heated pool and hot tub, plenty of space for a boat trailer and room at the dock to tie up the boat. This home is sure to make a lasting impression!
