Discover this adorable 3-bedroom lakefront gem on Lake Armington in Piermont. The Notch owned and built by the same family and is back available to rent for the first time since 2020. The Notch was built in 1959 and is original to the property. The home features 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds and one bunk, perfect for a cozy getaway. With WiFi, heating, and AC, guests can stay connected and comfortable. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower for a relaxing end to the day. Fully equipped kitchen full size fridge, stove, micro wave, toaster, coffee maker and more. Your stay here will be wonderful and welcoming, surrounded by nature and tranquility. There is plenty of wildlife in the area including deer, moose, loons, and various waterfowl. Beavers are in the lake and live in several lodges throughout the lake. Canoe, kayaks are onsite to enjoy a peaceful paddle or catch some fish from the lake. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. What makes this property unique
Serene quiet if you are looking to get away for real peace this is your destination. If you like lots of action noise continual boats passing by you will not be happy here the view is breathtaking and the land across the lake and the whole mountain is protected state and federal land. loons, eagles, herons, ducks visit almost everyday. Deer Moose are not uncommon. A true gem for Nature lovers!
