This house is perfect for your family to swim dine, and relax. 5 bedrooms, two fold-out sofas, 3 showers, two kitchens, a formal dining area, a kitchen island, and three TV/sitting areas. Heated pool, hot tub and covered patio area by the pool with dining tables and a big gas grill. This house is designed for the most comfortable, relaxed gatherings of family and friends. Enjoy!

It is also walking distance to Ron Jon Surf Shop, Starbucks, many restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The city of Cocoa Beach is a short drive to Disney, Universal amusement parks, Kennedy Space Center, and the Orlando outlet malls.
