Separate living and family rooms and dining room will accommodate 8. New washer/dryer and dishwasher. Screened in lanai has a dining area overlooking the wide sailboat water canal. There is a 10,000 lb, covered lift and a floating dock and kayaks are available. If you want a place to really unwind, this is it!
