Inside, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and a private TV, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The apartment features hardwood floors throughout, with a cozy living area perfect for unwinding. The fully equipped kitchenette includes all essential cookware and utensils, along with a refrigerator, microwave, and double burner hotplate for cooking needs (though it does not have a stove or oven). The unit includes a full bathroom. Off-street parking is available for your convenience.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Parking is available at $250mo. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.

Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.

Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee.
