Down Yonder Campground was established in February of 2015 we bought 13 acres and a house remolded house and added11 full hook up rv sites, 2021 we added 10x30 2 bed 1 bath tiny house for nightly rentals. Lodge was great success in 2015 at 225.00 night, so wanted to do tiny house experience for smaller price pt around 165.00 a night beautiful views with little work come join us today.
Why they chose this property
Tiny house experience fully furnished complete with Keurig coffee maker, firewood, chairs, beautiful surroundings, boat and jet ski rentals within walking distance, store with all the goodies, just bring your clothes and water toys. Golf course and marina are the best on lake State Park has hiking, caving, miniature golf, dining, water sports, fishing etc.

Quite relaxed setting with great views of foothills of smokey mountains along with abundance of wildlife, great people, walking trails on site turkeys and deer are abundant along with song birds etc,
