The open-plan layout includes a chic dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the picturesque Marina as your backdrop. Step out onto the attached balcony to relax and admire the beautiful scenery.

The fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with high-quality appliances, cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washer is also available for your convenience.

The first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. Both rooms are elegantly designed and come with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.

The 2.5 bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.

For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

It’s just a short walk to the DMCC Metro Station and a 30-minute drive to Dubai International Airport. Popular spots like Palm Jumeirah are 15 minutes away, Dubai Mall is 20 minutes by car, and Ibn Battuta Mall is only 8 minutes away. For beach lovers, JBR Beach is just a short 7-10 minute walk away or a quick 5-minute drive, while Bluewaters Island is just an 8-minute drive.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
