Air Hockey House
While the photos on Vrbo website showed a clean, sparkling home it was not. It needs a bit more attention to cleaning and amenities. While the kitchen appliances were new and the living area was nice, the bedrooms and bath need attention. Ants were crawling in bathroom sink, tub, and medicine cabinet. I spoke to Vrbo service center who put me in touch with host. But host not helpful. Asked me what he should do. I said send someone tomorrow morning to take care of the ants. No one came. I handled it myself. Purchased an organic pest spray and used it. Just about every window blind and window sill in the house dusty. Most window blinds wands for opening were inoperable. Back door scuffed and dirty as was baseboard from refrigerator to back door. Front bedroom had missing light bulbs from overhead light fixture and lamp. Towels provided were minimal. I do not know how frequently Vrbo does an on sight inspection of properties, I would suggest you send someone to this location for a site visit.The saving grace for this property was the pool/air-hockey table that my 13-yr. old granddaughter loved to play. Also the TV was new and had clear picture. The location was also a plus.
