Bright and newly remodeled ground floor condominium just steps from the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee outside on your private patio while listening to the waves. It is within a 5 minute walk to the Costa Rica Sailing Center, our brewery Cerveceria Independiente plus all Potrero restaurants and bars. The grocery store is walkable in under 10 minutes, but if you're in a pinch for fruits and vegetables the local fruit/veggie stand is only 100m away at the corner. Convenient to all and safe!

Scam

When we got to the property, we found that it was a vacant lot. We have the proper address, and the owners were there. They were quite rude., and it turned out to be a fiasco I did get insurance, but ended up paying for the damage insurance when we were there for less than two hours. I was reimbursed for the property itself, but not for the damage insurance for

Why they chose this property

Playa Potrero is a great hub for all your local tours and still has a small town feel but there is just enough to keep it interesting!

A car is recommended if you need to travel outside of Playa Potrero however if you want to stay local, everything is within a reasonable walking distance. The condominium is also located on a very quiet street (the street is not a through-street) so walking is quite safe.

What makes this property unique

This is a 2 bedroom condominium that comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a roomy American King size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunkbed (great for the kids!) plus another King size bed. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook (including a rice cooker, blender, panini maker, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker).

Please note that there are 6 condos in the building which share the Pool and a propane bbq area for you to enjoy.

There is absolutely no smoking of any substance allowed (or vaping) in the condo, patios, pool area, entry way, or stairwell.
