Could have been better

Lets start with the good. Plenty of space for 12 people. Updated heating unit so keeping warm not a problem. The BAD- showers. Downstairs shower has orange mold and needs a proper cleaning. The upstairs shower and bath does not get hot water only lukewarm. The dishwasher was not working does not have running water. There was a pile (20 trash bags) piled up in the backyard. When I arrived I had to physically bring out a overflowed trash (previous tenants) can 100 feet to the street. The gates to the backyard do not lock and randomly open with the wind. The tv is advertise to be cable but only has wifi connected for netflix. I message the host about the issues during the stay but did not get any support to resolve the issues.
