Relax in one of the two bathrooms available, both equipped with rain spa showers, with the primary boasting an oversized soaking tub. Each bedroom has their own equipped smart TV. Book now and stay close to area attractions! Only 5 minutes to Matlacha, 10 minutes to Pine Island, 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, and 20 minutes to historic downtown Punta Gorda. This modern oasis is also close to area attractions including Sunseekers Resort, Sanibel, Naples, and Boca Grande. Home is also 5 minutes to a public boat launch. No garage access.
