This wonderful home has been newly decorated with a conch farm theme, comfortable outdoor furniture, professionally designed bedrooms with new queen beds in each room , fully stocked kitchen, living room, washer/dryer. Some of the amenities include WIFI, SMART TV's, and an assigned parking spot . Steps from the world famous Duval Street, sunset celebration and all the downtown action one desires. You are only one block down from The Green Parrot, rated the 3rd best bar in America. The Shipyard is the closest residential location to Fort Zachary State Park and Beach. You are in the heart of Old Town, Mallory Square (sunset celebration) and on the grounds of Harry Truman's Little White House located in Truman Annex, a secure enclave of historic and exclusive residences, Truman Annex is the most exclusive and magnificent development in Old Town Key West with wide streets lined with multi-million dollar homes that are landscaped with 30’ palms and exotic flowering plants. It is just a short stroll to the Historic “Little White House” where President Truman called home whenever he could. You are close by the warm tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico where you can hop on a fishing boat for flats or deep sea fishing, take the Ferry to Sunset Key for lunch or dinner, go parasailing, snorkeling, diving, shopping, dining or wherever your dreams might take you. Lovely Getaway in Key West

We couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect spot! Ideally situated just steps from Duval Street, we didn’t need to touch our car once during the entire trip. The apartment was stylishly furnished with top-notch appliances, and everything was spotlessly clean. The included parking space was a fantastic bonus. Renting this place for our stay was a decision I’d make again without hesitation!

Perfect for a small family!

Our condo stay was wonderful! This was the perfect condo for a small family. It’s in close, walk-able proximity to all the things, but quietly tucked away in a chill area. The two shady porches are perfect for coffee, wine, or just sitting in the rocking chairs listening to nature. The kitchen accommodated our needs, but we mostly eat out every meal on vacation. Communication with the host was great! The pool is a nice perk! We could easily walk to the beach, walk to Duvall, walk to breakfast hot spots. Just fabulous! I will definitely return to The Shipyard at my next visit and The French Hen was ideal for us. Clean & modern.

Return stay at The Key West Hen, this property continues to delight. Location is perfect for any activities on Duval, quiet enough for chill time on the rear or back porches, 10 min walk to the Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. Well equipped kitchen and has been well loved. Look forward to our next trip!

Beutiful property in the perfect location

Centrally located and right off Duval. Travel North a few blocks and you are in the heart of KeyWest action. Travel South a few blocks towards the quieter Bahama village, and you could be hanging out at Hemingway's place or walk up to the Lighthouse tower.. the beach is only a 20 minute walk, or rent a bike, it's faster.

Wonderful Home - a must stay!!

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was an incredible experience! The weather was perfect, and the condo was exactly as described. Alicia was fantastic—she was quick to respond and even helped us coordinate luggage storage with Paradise Porters. They delivered everything seamlessly to the Truman Annex, making our arrival hassle-free. The condo is in a quiet area of the Truman Annex community, which we loved. It's peaceful yet conveniently close to all the popular attractions. Despite previous mentions of the air conditioning being set at 74, we found no issues—ceiling fans kept the space comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again on future trips. Highly recommend! Enjoy your stay!

A Sweet Hideaway

This unit is in the best location. We were able to access everything we wanted so easily! The decor is fantastic and my favorite was the book selection…”To Have and Have Another.” Steps going to the upstairs unit were a tiny bit difficult to maneuver with luggage, but not a game changer. I felt an extra layer of safety with the outside gate, even though Key West always feels safe. Overall, as someone else said, a hidden gem. Thank you for a relaxing, comfortable weekend.

Charming Key West condo!

This 2 bed/1 bath condo was pretty, charming, and well done. There is no oven but otherwise everything is very well appointed and we didn't need the oven anyway. Walking distance to everything! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great stay, great location

This was my family’s first trip to Key West. We chose this property because of its location, which was excellent. Location was only a short bike ride to the beaches, very close to historical sites, and only a few blocks from Duval Street. Pros: location, updated property as described, nice cold AC. Cons: refrigerator has no ice maker so we had to buy ice…not a huge deal just not expected. Water pressure in bathroom sink was a dribble (shower was great so not sure what the issue was) Tip: there was a box fan in the closet-run it! It will help drown out the roosters at 6am😂😂😂

Sweet spot in Tropical Paradise

This unit is clean and well outfitted. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to excellent restaurants and the fun of Duval St. Though the property is not outfitted for a beach family like ours, renting what you need is simple and affordable and an easy walk or bike ride to beautiful Ft Zachary Taylor Park. A car is not necessary.
