Poor listing led to need to rebook at 9:30 pm on site

We booked our stay for our family and dog at a three-bedroom condo in a resort. After arrival, the property managers informed us that no pets were allowed. Our host did help us find and book alternate housing where our pet was allowed. However, the new location was a small hotel room instead of a three-bedroom condo. VRBO needs to do better when connecting pet owners with properties.
