Plakias Seaside Residences - Iakinthos

Two independent vacation residences, very close to Paligremnos beach of Plakias, are waiting for you to enjoy your stay in the island of Crete. They are brand new, built in 2015 with modern and elegant design.
The residences are approved by Greek Tourism Organization with license number: 1041K91003166601.

Iakinthos residence consists of two floors with a total area of 170 sq.m. and it can host up to six (6) people. At the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a large satellite TV. On the same floor there is also a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view to the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with King size beds and closets.

All bathrooms in the residence have modern design and are equipped with high quality bathroom amenities. A washing machine is also provided.

Outdoors there is a 28 sq.m. private swimming pool with deck chairs where you can relax under the Cretan sun and prepare a meal in the stone barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with local plants. A parking space for your car is also available.

Housekeeping is provided every 3 days (or upon request).
Baby cot and high chair are available on request without charge.

Super Lage, kleine Abstriche!

Bilder und Beschreibung des Objektes passen, sehr viel Platz und Stauraum. Unter der Treppe verschenkter Platz, hier könnte man noch z.B eine Garderobe etc. setzen. Ideale Lage zum Meer und Strand. Hinter dem Haus Baustelle, gerade nach Regen oft unter Wasser, gut, dass man vorne auch raus kann. Pool im Sommer bestimmt super, im Oktober aber bereits sehr kalt ! Im unteren Bad eigentlich ständig Muffgeruch bedingt durch den Abfluss, ist bestimmt konstruktiv bedingt und auch witterungsabhängig mal stärker. Aussenmöbel bereits teilweise beschädigt, sollten mal ersetzt werden. Besteck ok, Pfannen stark abgenutzt, sollten ersetzt und auch paar Teller mehr bestellt werden, sonst ist die kleine Spülmaschine nur am laufen, für 6 Personen definitiv zu wenig Geschirr. Kommunikation mit Agentur super, nochmals Danke für early check in and late out !! Ist optimal gelaufen und Chris vor Ort kümmerte sich liebevoll um uns ! Absolut empfehlenswert für Familie oder Gruppe von Freunden!

Wonderful and clean house and location The house cleaner and pool man excellent! A few more trees needed for shade by the fence as the winds kept retracting the awnings in. Beautiful setting and excellent tavernas and bars on your doorstep and super quiet from the villa.

Fantastische Anlage

Die wohnung ist sehr schön und die Lage sehr gut. Das Reinigungspersonal war stets sehr freudlich und erledigte ihre Arbeit zu unsrer vollsten zufriedenheit.was schade ist, das der Pool nicht mit Sonnenenergie geheitzt werden kann da er im Hetrbst doch ziehmlich kühl ist und das baden wenig Spass machte. Im Badzimmer oben ost drückte das wasser aus dem ASblaufschacht und dem WC das ab und zu zu Gerüchen führte. Allgemein währe es schön wenn in den Badezimmern mehr Ablagefläche vorhanden wären, vor allem in der Dusche für Shampo und waschlappen. Aber wie gesagt es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden es Jedem weiter emphehlen

Wonderful and calm stay near Plakias Beach

we were a group of 5 (aunt, nephew , niece and friends) and stayed at the Villa which we enjoyed so much. the villa has everything you need. and you can really enjoy to cross the street and be at one of the rare sand beaches in Plakias. I was afraid in the beginning that it could be noisy due to the closeness of a Tavern and another hotel, but there was no noise at all but beautiful views in the morning when life at the beach started. everything you need is in walking distance. the villa itself has everything you need. the bedrooms are great with build in wardrobes and their own bathrooms. the terrace with the people , here is were we enjoyed our family life together and did even BBQ. the only thing is that times of check in and check out need to be more properly planned so you are clear when you can get into the house and when to leave. we were all very happy with our stay at the villa

A Dream come true

My Family and I had a perfect time in a perfect Location. Newly build by high standards the villa is a dream come true - not only modern but at the same time friendly, cosy, spacious and nicely furbished whilst located at a place where one can find everything one could hope for: next to the maybe most beautiful beach at Crete (even compared to Prevelli)and a town that offers everything You need... Everything about renting the Villa was absolutely easy, with speedy comfirmation and quick and friendly answers to all of our questions. All of us enjoyed the time in Plakias very much. It doesn´t get any better!!
