*PLEASE NOTE THIS RENTAL DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SUNCADIA'S SWIM AND FITNESS CENTER OR NELSON POOL. There is to be a maximum of 6 vehicles on the property, not parked on the vegetation. No parties are allowed. Due to HOA regulations, fines are the guest's responsibility if caught speeding and for parking off the pavement.
