Didn't live up to expectations

The property is really nice, but this experience was just not good at all. The cabin is clean and the area is nicely laid out. The actual room/place was nice but the process did not go well. We were asked to give a heads up on approximate arrival time. At 1:00, i let them know i would arrive about 4:00. I did not hear back re: door code. I arrived at 4:01 without a response. After checking every building on the grounds for staff to no avail, i contacted them through Facebook and finally got a code sent. Their screenshot indicated they did respond on vrbo at 4:20. The wifi worked in one corner of the room only. The wifi could not handle the tv streaming in the room. There was a wifi extender that connected with "no internet".They advertised a restaurant on site. It was indeed there, but it was closed. No signage or warning given - just closed (signs showed they were closed on 24th and 25th, we were there on 26th and 27th). They apologized when asked about it. The place is nice and I'm sure it's cool when it is fully functional, but this was a really disappointing experience overall. The grounds were nice, and the setup is cool but the process overall was just not good for the price paid.
