About the host
Hosted by Andrew Gummow

I grew up downtown Boston and have spent summers in this house since I was a little kid. I spend my time on the water and going to Cotuit Kettleer
Games during the summer.
My wife and I spend as much time with our little girls at the house as we can. We don’t see this as an investment property, but simply to pay the bills.

Why they chose this property
I like that this small village doesn’t get over crowded like the rest of the Cape during the summer. Cotuit offers everything for a family vacation; Beaches, dining, shopping, library, fishing, boating
What makes this property unique
Built in 1840, this house is registered with the Cotuit Historical Society. My grandfather bought it in the late 1940’s and has been in the family for 75 years!
