Im originally from Medford with a loft in NYC and often working in Europe. This is the house my mom and dad designed and had custom built 20 years ago, yet it still feels like brand new as no kids grew up in the house and there has been minimum wear and tear. Its appears as if it was build yesterday.

What makes this property unique
The house was custom designed, and sits in the forest. There is nothing behind the house for miles, so the views of forest are stunning especially from second story as the sun rises in the east. The wildlife that occupy the grounds deer (little bambis as well as male horned deer) wild turkey, squirrels, and even cats are a pleasure to see on a daily basis
