Centrally located 5 mins off the highway makes it very convenient to Mystic, Saybrook, Niantic, Rhode Island beaches, Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods, shopping. Perfect solution for traveling workers at Dominion, Electric Boat, Pfizer, Coast Guard, Sub Base, area hospitals, and area colleges. Minutes from local beaches and parks.

2 bedrooms upstairs. Cable tv, fully stocked kitchen, new rear deck, fire pit, games, beach essentials, iron, washer/dryer, first aid kit, dog bed, popcorn, and a continental breakfast of Eggos is always available (or midnight snack). Everything you need is here.

Absolutely lovely!

This home was so clean and had everything we needed. Our host Nick was the best I’ve encountered … truly! So accommodating, easy instructions… we loved the place and would return again just to stay there!

We loved the Dollhouse!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dollhouse. Nick was so accommodating. When we arrived, there was a nice note from Nick and some treats for us. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

Perfect quiet getaway!

My family and I were in town for the weekend to visit Mystic Aquarium and Seaport and The Dollhouse was absolutely perfect for all of our needs! Nick was very thoughtful, provided anything you may accidentally in the travel prep frenzy, neighborhood was quiet, relaxing and spacious and are already planning our next trip back! We didn't want to leave! Absolutely recommend!

5 Stars isn’t enough

This is the best you could ever stay at. The owner goes above and beyond for their guests and everything is just perfect. We stayed there twice so far and looking forward to many more because we have family we visit in the area. 5 stars isn’t enough. Definitely a place you want to stay at.

I was working from home and the internet is very good, the house is nice and very clean, it exceeded expectations, quiet neighborhood, wonderful place and Nick a very kind person.

Newly Renovated Gem!

My husband and I, along with our two dogs, stayed at the Dollhouse over the Christmas holiday. The hosts Nick and Nick made sure the house was immaculately clean and ready prior to our arrival. The fully stocked kitchen of utensils and appliances with was very helpful with our holiday cooking. The hosts truly made it dog friendly, to include providing a a variety of items ranging from extra leashes to dog beds for use during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful during our stay, periodically checking in with us via text to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again for future visits to the area!

Beautiful home and amazing host

The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this home is. I was blown away how clean and immaculate this place was. The owner was so quick to assist when needed. Often going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. It was. Highly recommended.

The Dollhouse was awesome!

We stayed at the Dollhouse over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful few days for many reasons... The house was exactly as it was presented online, but even better, as it was freshly updated throughout the house and felt practically new... including a fully stocked kitchen that we needed to help with the Thanksgiving festivities... Nick was an excellent host and was sweet on our dog Cody by providing treats, a dog bed, and a couch cover (less stress for us when we catch him on the couch that he shouldn't be on... lol ) With this location close to Mystic, we are already planning a return during the summer to see what the area has to offer. Very confident we'd have a great place to relax and enjoy with what the Dollhouse has to offer.

We were immediately impressed by how spotlessly clean it was, and how many thoughtful touches the hosts provided. Beds and furniture were very comfy, the entire house is tastefully decorated in an eclectic fashion. Hosts are wonderful. Rent this one!!

Quiet cul de sac residential neighborhood. This is not a party house. We have great neighbors. Property is about 5 mins from Rte 95 and Rte 395 making it ideal to get to neighboring towns, cities, beaches, casinos, etc…. You won’t be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

Uniquely decorated. Not your usual “hotel” furnishings. Comfy and very convenient to all surrounding areas, towns, beaches, parks, casinos, golf courses…… you can get everywhere from here!!! You can!!!
