You are welcome to explore the entire property. Make sure to spend some time in "Maria's Garden" just a few feet away from the Soul Food Cafe. You can also pick some pears directly from the tree if your stay is in season.

Want to get your morning meditation on, check out the zen garden equipped with a goldfish pond, built by James himself.

The Firepit is private just for you. Firewood is located right next to it in the wood holder. There's a grill lighter in the kitchen drawer right in front of the stove if you want to do it yourself. If you need assistance, please reach out to James and he can get it started for you.

The gazebo has fans and an outdoor heater, depending on what time of year it is. You can also relax in the patio swing or take a nap under there.

The cats love guests and may try to coerce you into feeding them. There is catfood in the outdoor storage located in the back of the camper on the firepit side if you find them being too cute deny. You can just pour a little out on the basketball court where they like to eat.

You're free to roam the entire yard. You'll have access to the firepit with wood provided, basketball court, gardens, swinging chairs, sitting areas, and gazebo.

Other things to note
**The guest count says 3 but that is specifically for two adults who don't mind sharing a bed and being cozy together and one child
(Two airbeds are conveniently located underneath the bed in storage: one toddler size, one twin size)

We're here to make sure your experience at the Soul Food Cafe is a great one.

Please feel free to ask for anything you may have forgotten to pack or may need for an adventure. Blowdryer, extra towel, and extra pillow, fishing rods, cooler, etc...we probably have it and would love to provide it.

If you want to re-live the memory of camping in your parents back yard but in a really comfy bed, this is the place. It’s way out of the way, so be sure to bring all the food and drink you’ll need.
